Once the page with more information is on, new buttons will appear. Please click on the “Cancel my subscription” button.

You'll be prompted with instructions on your screen to complete the cancellation process.

When you're finished, you will receive confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.

Please remember that even after you cancel your subscription, your current plan will still be active, and you will still be able to download your documents until your plan expires.
