Cancelling your subscription

To cancel your Ipsy subscription:

  1. Send an email to support@ipsy.com and request cancellation support. OR
  2. Log into your ipsy account on the homepage.
  3. Click "My Account" from your avatar drop-down menu located in the top righthand corner.
  4. Go to the "Subscription & Purchases" section and click "Cancel Subscription".
  5. Click "Continue Cancellation" if you wish to move forward with cancelling.
  6. Provide a reason(s) for your decision to cancel.
  7. Check your email linked to your Ipsy account for a confirmation link. Click on the link to verify and finalize the cancellation of your Ipsy account.
  8. Ipsy should send you a final confirmation on their site that says "Subscription Canceled".
