How to Cancel The Information Manually

Unsubscribe by following these steps:

  1. To cancel your account, login and go to your settings page.

  2. Scroll down and under the “Account” section you should see linked text that says “Subscription and Billing Information.”

  3. Click on this linked text and you’ll be taken to a new screen.

  4. To the right of the Update Payment Info text, you’ll see text that says, “If you no longer wish to subscribe to The Information you can cancel your account.”

  5. Click on cancel your account, follow prompts and you’ll receive an email confirmation when this has been done successfully.

Email support@theinformation.com and ask them to cancel your account.
